I found this @ TWOP Spoilers section
I susbscribe to Ausiello's e-mails and this was his exclusive scoop this week
Here’s some Prison Break prattle that didn’t make it into AA: Bellick and T-Bag’s stories are about to intersect in a very interesting way; Lincoln will call in a favor from an old friend whom we have yet to meet; and Stacy Keach will reprise his role as Warden Pope on Feb. 19, only this time he’s on the “wrong” side of the law.
well some paths begin to cross again in ep 20..which is called Panama, it looks like there might be some sort of showdown to end the season....
ok here is a spoiler for you...he does speak in ep 20.....

Maybe Sara is going to stay with Warden Henry Pope ?
Sides for 2.20 Panama:
CHI CHI
INT. MEXICAN HOTEL – DAY
T-Bag looks at the woman who provided the drink. Her back to us/him as she serves up something on the room service cart. She wears normal gear – like Susan Hollander would wear. Her hair is in a short bob, like Susan Hollander's.
T-Bag walks up behind her, feels her arm, nuzzles her neck.
T-BAG How'd I get so lucky?
She turns to him/us. She's an attractive Mexican woman, 30, named Chi Chi. Her black bob is slightly askew. She speaks in heavily accented English.
CHI CHI No, Teddy Bear. I'm the lucky one.
T-Bag kisses her lips softly.
T-BAG The day I met you was the day I was born.
CHI CHI Umm… We're out of time.
T-Bag's voice drops as he quickly addresses her concern so that they can get back to the roleplay. As he glances over at his back pack (of $5 million) -
T-BAG I'll pay you – plenty. Okay? But we're rolling here so let's just…
T-Bag forces a smile and wills himself to get back into the groove. He points at the room service cart.
T-BAG (CONT'D) So what's cookin' good lookin'?
CHI CHI (gently) I… I really would like the money upfront if we're going to continue.
T-BAG (irritated) I told you – upfront – that if you did it right, I'd take care of you.
CHI CHI (let's be clear) You paid me for an hour. The hour is up. If you want me to stay, I need more money.
T-Bag, disgusted, shakes his head.
T-BAG Great. Now you've ruined it. (then) Y'know for a second there, I was actually like „this chick has a brain in her head“. (beat) But I guess if you did, you wouldn't be a street whore, right?
Chi Chi – no longer gentle, but firm – tosses the wig down on the floor. Mirrage officially broken – Chi Chi grabs her bag and faces off with T-Bag.
CHI CHI Whoever this Susie Q bitch is… No wonder she's somewhere else wanting nothing to do with you.
She moves around T-Bag to leave. Boom. T-Bag puts his hand against the wall, blocking her exit.
T-BAG You didn't just call her a bitch, did you?
CHI CHI (calmly) Okay… I'm going to count to three – and if you don't put your hand down, I'm going to scream. (beat) One. Two…
On three, T-Bag grabs her throat and drves her to the ground.
As her face turns red and she attempts – unsuccessfully – to claw and push him off – T-Bag looks up, adrenaline pumping, and screams the battle cry of a twisted, tortured soul:
Lets see what can I add...ep 20 begins..right were 19 ends, but then it jumps ahead about a week. ...sara kind of gives herself up so mike and linc can get away.....and there is a reason ep 20 is called Panama.....several different paths will cross in Panama.
There are no plans to kill her off..i am just trying not to give too much away..as for giving herself up..i will say that she is being followed to so she can lead them to mike and linc, she realizes this and stops and lets mahone catch up to her.......so mike and linc can get away......thats all i'm saying on that
